As I’ve journey through the Old Testament (Genesis – Malachi) many times. I am always reminded that God is good (Psalm 34:8 Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good;Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!). Every single time that God’s people followed Him closely they prospered and were blessed as a nation. But when they turned their back to God things would fall apart.
We can historically see that God blesses a Nation that serves Him.

If I could go back in time, I would change a lot of things that caused me pain because of my actions, and caused others to be in anguish. But I can’t!

Therefore today I choose to follow and serve Jesus because… Hebrews 13:5-6… For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we may boldly say:“The Lord is my helper;I will not fear.What can man do to me?”

Prayer for today… Lord may I rest in your promise that “You will never leave me or forsake me.”
