You ever wonder why Jesus who never ruled a nation and never sat in a palace as a King, is called Prince of Peace? Seven hundred years before He showed up on the scene (Earth), a so called prophet wrote about Him. Don’t get mad there is factual evidence to prove this is 100% correct! In fact he wrote that… Isaiah 53:2-12 … There is no beauty that we should desire Him. He is despised and rejected by men,A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him;He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows;Yet we esteemed Him stricken,Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions,He was bruised for our iniquities;The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,And by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray;We have turned, every one, to his own way;And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Jesus never caused a single war! Yet war rages against Him by humanity. And this is why He is called the Prince of Peace. Jesus proclaimed … John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
