One of the greatest holidays on the entire planet earth is upon us,”Christmas.” Yes I know it has been secularized. But ultimately the fact remains that Jesus is the reason for the season. I personally believe that it empowers believers to speak more freely and openly about the Baby that grew up to redeem humanity.
The most ancient and perfectly preserved book in the bible, that speaks about a virgin giving birth to a baby, describes that Baby like this… Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a Child is born,Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful , Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Prayer for today… God let the reality of Isaiah 9:6 be my assurance today.
